Sunset Middle School focuses on Advanced Academic with an emphasis in Visual and Performing Arts. We are proud partners of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. It is our mission to inspire and engage all students in a well-rounded education so they will strive for excellence in all endeavors.
As a high performing school striving to achieve excellence, Sunset holds high standards and expectations for all students. All teachers, regardless of their content area, use standards across all curriculums. This enables us to engage students through their interests and strengths. We offer accelerated classes in all core areas (math, science, social studies and language arts).
